Savory leek and comté tart: a delicious recipe
Introduction

Ingredients
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 3 large leeks
- 200 g grated comté cheese
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml of crème fraîche
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preparation of leeks:
- Wash the leeks and cut them into slices.
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the leeks over low heat for about 10 minutes, until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Preparing the device:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the crème fraîche, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Assembly :
- Spread the shortcrust pastry in a pie dish.
- Spread the cooked leeks over the tart base. Add the grated comté cheese, then pour the egg and cream mixture over the top.
