Savory leek and comté tart: a delicious recipe

Introduction

Fall is the perfect season to enjoy comfort food. This savory leek and comté tart is simple to make and showcases seasonal ingredients. It will make a great meal for a dinner with family or friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 3 large leeks
  • 200 g grated comté cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml of crème fraîche
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preparation of leeks:

    • Wash the leeks and cut them into slices.
    • In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the leeks over low heat for about 10 minutes, until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
