Creamy Potato Gratin with Autumn Broccoli
Introduction
This broccoli potato gratin is a delicious way to enjoy seasonal vegetables while warming up as winter approaches. It's a comforting dish that the whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients
- 800 g of potatoes
- 400 g broccoli
- 200 ml of crème fraîche
- 100 g grated cheese (of your choice)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- Prepare the vegetables : Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Wash and cut the broccoli into small florets.
- Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown.
- Add the potatoes to the pan and mix well. Let cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and crème fraîche. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together to coat the vegetables well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, until the top is golden and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
