Creamy Potato Gratin with Autumn Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 800 g of potatoes
  • 400 g broccoli
  • 200 ml of crème fraîche
  • 100 g grated cheese (of your choice)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
  2. Prepare the vegetables : Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Wash and cut the broccoli into small florets.
  3. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown.
  4. Add the potatoes to the pan and mix well. Let cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  5. Add the broccoli and crème fraîche. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together to coat the vegetables well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  7. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, until the top is golden and crispy.
