Autumn Leek and Camembert Tart

Introduction

This leek and camembert tart is the perfect dish to enjoy the flavors of autumn. Perfect for a meal with family or friends, it combines the sweetness of leeks with the richness of cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 3 leeks
  • 200 g of camembert
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml of crème fraîche
  • 100 g grated cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
  2. Wash and cut the leeks into rounds.
  3. In a frying pan, heat a little olive oil. Add the leeks and sauté until tender.
  4. In a bowl, break the eggs, add the crème fraîche, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Spread the puff pastry in a pie dish. Prick the bottom with a fork.
  6. Spread the cooked leeks over the dough, then add the diced Camembert.
  7. Pour the egg and cream mixture over the top. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
  8. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the tart is golden brown.
  9. Let cool before cutting and serving.
