Autumn Leek and Camembert Tart
Introduction
This leek and camembert tart is the perfect dish to enjoy the flavors of autumn. Perfect for a meal with family or friends, it combines the sweetness of leeks with the richness of cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 3 leeks
- 200 g of camembert
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml of crème fraîche
- 100 g grated cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- Wash and cut the leeks into rounds.
- In a frying pan, heat a little olive oil. Add the leeks and sauté until tender.
- In a bowl, break the eggs, add the crème fraîche, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the puff pastry in a pie dish. Prick the bottom with a fork.
- Spread the cooked leeks over the dough, then add the diced Camembert.
- Pour the egg and cream mixture over the top. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the tart is golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting and serving.
